Returns Policy

RETURNS

Our Returns Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In accordance with Belgian Law, we will not be able to receive any goods where the seal has been broken or tampered with. (Article VI.53, 5 WER)

In accordance with the Belgian Law on market practices and consumer protection of 6 April 2010 - for custom-made items sold, the customer does not have any right to cancel the purchase (Right of Withdrawal) or right to return or exchange products. (Article VI. 53, 3 WER)

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working business days. 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING

If returning your item to us for refund, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
